My theories spouted to ohbonesndeschanel(would link if I knew how!) 1. Booth buys the ring, plans on asking Hannah to marry him, but chickens out. On the bridge, he explains to her what he was planning on doing, and that he was sort of forced into it by Sweets, and isn’t ready for marriage. Then other stuff happens, and somehow they break up. Hmm, I need to start thinking my theories...
